Hi everyone, I'm looking to put together a system (my first) for my 98 pulsar and was looking for suggestions. I don't want top of the line stuff, but I want it to be fairly good. I think I'm gonna go alpine for the speakers, I like the sound of them, but don't know whether to get an alpine (cda-9853/9833) or a pioneer (deh-p7750mp) head unit. Any suggestions/comments? thanks in advance for your help  |

hey, i have a DEH-6800MP i find it works great, but on the other hand i have never used a alpine cd deck. my pioneer is really good with sub control and highpass filters on the speakers... the visual is really nice to. my favorite desplay is the race cars. lol |

I have always had great luck with Alpine HU's, I just gut a 9885 with the ipod direct connect, and it rocks |
