No warranty on this product and lets say 13w7 blows and you send it back it is almost $500 to gete a new one. Why not pay the differnece up front and get the warranty, it is not difficult to blow those subs at all. they charge alot to keep unathorized sales down. It is just my oppinion. |

yeah, but the warranty is only 90 days against manufacturing defects if you install it yourself. so if you blow it, and its your fault, your still out the 1000 dollars, vs 600 on ebay. its longer if you have the authorized dealer install it, can't remember how long though. or you can buy the "house warranty" places like HiFi Buys offers, and they will replace it for just about any reason. i haven't heard of many people blowing a 13W7 though. thats just my thoughts on the JL warranty and unauthorized dealers. |

oops, forgot to say that most ebay sellers offer a 90 day defect and DOA warranty too. depending on the seller, they might not hold up their end though. customer service online usually sucks. |
