I just got the pioneer 5700 and you cant navigate through the DVD menus by touching the screen you have to move around using the cursers, could someone please tell me is this a fault with my unit or is it a serious design flaw

it is the design, and not a flaw, done intentionally, they already had the n2.

Ok thanks, I wish I knew before I got it as I would of got the kenwood 627 I’m surprised at pioneer for designing something so bad I bet most people who buy the 5700 wouldn’t if they knew about the bad menu system and its not just the DVD selection its most of the menu whats was pioneer thinking when they made the menus
