i have a 12" Q Power deluxe series subwoofer 4ohm DVC. the question i have is if my old amp, a boss riot rt745 rated at 250w rms bridged, will be enough to push my sub and not blow or overheat. i have a power acoustik a2400db class d amp, but i dont want to put it in my truck till i get my new subs. |

If that boss is a 2 channel you should not use it if the sub is configured to a 2ohm load, will burn it up. |

it would be an 8ohm load so cut the power in half of what the 4ohm load would produce. |
