I'm interested in buying this head unit (Pyle PLTVD158) because on paper it looks like it does everything I want (CDs, MP3s, DVDs, Radio, Tv tuner). It's also cheap at around $150.
However, what makes this brand bad? I'm new to all this and the search option didn't return anything on Pyle.
They also make a 7" LCD monitor for the headrest that costs around $135. The resolution is 1440 x 234, so it looks good. Again, no info on Pyle.
I'm not buying yet, but I'm trying to find out the quality of these two items.

not very good, as far as the screen, try to go to a store and view some, make sure you can view them from the side with clarity. I will bet that you can not on the PYLE, even they say TFT. Pay a little more and get some quality. And the sound quality from that head unit is terrible. |
