i live in houston can't find a place that sells it don't want to buy online. anyone in houston know where i can find one.

You could put your city into the dealer locator, and then call around to find out if anyplace carries the RX-65:

I have an RX-65 and I think it is a good choice. In some independent radar detector tests it did very well.
