i have two E4 fosgate subs in the trunk conected to a fosgate capacitor and a 1000 watt amp (fosgate). i want to connect a second 2 channel amp to my rear speakers (6 x 9)but i dont know how to do it my cousin did the subs for me and he is not around anymore on the amp i see hi input,line out, (red and white) and low input (red and white)then left speaker, right speaker,ground,remote and battery then the fuse so do i need a separate wire from the battery to battery and ground or can i just splice everything. please help me |

you'll need at least 4AWG cable from the battery, and a power distribution block at the amps to split that line up to both amplifiers. ground the second amp within 2' of the amp to bare chassis metal. splice the remote trigger into the one used by the first amp. run a set of RCA lines from the head unit's rear line outs to the second amp's line inputs.
