both are 4 channel amps putting out 60 watts per channel at 4 ohms does anybody know anything about either of them that would steer me away from one or towards the other. i have a kicker 1200.1 for my subs so people naturally say keeps your amps the same but it doesnt matter if i have 2 different amps, performance is more important

both are good amps..the Kicker is slightly better but the mtx has more potential being that it has higher wattage so if you plan on upgtrading speakers then go with the mtx..either way theyll work fine so just go for the cheaper one
