This is the second car and second deck thats done this to me, I honestly don't know how I fixed it last time. It's a pretty common problem though probably the ground..anyways

I have a Clarion DX-515 in my mazda 929.
After I installed subs I started getting thumping sounds. When I turn the volume up or down, thump thump and a big one when I shut off the HU.
How can this be fixed? Thanks

Yeah, it's a power wiring problem. I wouldn't be surprised at all if it was the ground wire.
