any of you guys have this head unit? I've tried a few setting that i found on the web but I still have to much treble. I never had a stereo set up before so I'm new to all of it, I'm used to a settings for bass, med, treb. So I'm pretty lost with it, any help anyone could other up when be great. this is my set up I have a old alpine 3311 cross over/EQ. Should I put it in to help with cutting the highs? alpine 9813 JL audio e4300 boston acoutics 6.5 compents (fr doors) power acoustic 10" power acoustic 5" (R doors)

the components can be set to about 120Hz high-pass, 12dB slope turn off any EQ presets, and disable the MX feature. if the comps are still too bright, use the parametric EQ feature to decrease the treble range a bit on the head unit. it's all in the manual for how to access these settings. you can also download the manual in PDF form from alpine1.com in the archives
