looking for a new amp for my brothers b-day

my parents are buying him a 12in Ti and im loking ot buy him an amp to go along with it

saw a kenwood amp that puts out 99w rms @ 2 ohms

ive heard that kenwood amps arent bad but not great-- im working with about 230$ so if u ahve any other suggestion tell me

needs to be around 800-900 w rms

correction the amp puts out 900 w rms @ 2 ohms-- i can vouge for those 900 watts too because i saw its test run at a local shop-- and for 190$ i didnt think i could beat it

It's not a bad amp. Not that I would recommend it. Have you looked at JBL? If you're lucky, you might find 1200.1 for around that price.
I have not found a Kenwood amp that actually put out as claimed. Not one.
Try some Orion/PPI/MTX.
