I need the install manual for a clifford xl 1000 because i am trying to remove the alarm system because the brain is water damaged and i want to make sure i'm removing the right wires. If someone has it please email it to styngerts1@bellsouth.net Thanks.

Steven, carefully follow each wire from the brain, to were it ties in. Be sure to reconect any factory wires that it makes a loop between. A perfect example is the starter kill. Some clifford alarms have 2 wires that tie in right before the coil. It loops the power to the coil thru the alarm so it can stop the coil from getting energy when the alarm is armed. As long as you are carefull, follow every wire, and make sure to reconect any factory wires the alarm cut into you will be fine.
