hello my names aaron
i have 2 12" DVC 4ohm 400wattrms 800wattmax he2's by rockfordfosgate
and i found a couple of amps for a good price and there all rockford and i was wondering if they would be okay? like this one Rockford Fosgate Punch 601s 600 watts RMS 1800 peak or this one rockford fosgate db1500 or this one rockford fosgate 800.2
i have no idea which one would be good i was thinking maybe the rockford fosgate 800.2 i kno quite a bit of car audio but i want someone who has had more expierneced to tell me if i should get this one ive heard the 500.2 and it kicks hard so i was thinkin maybe this one should but let me know please id really appreciate it i want it to push my subs to thier max or rating but witout ruining them thanks

Well, I'm using the RF P8002 to push 2 RF hx2's, and it does ok. What is the subs specs... I know they are 400 rms, but ohms? |

Sorry, didn't see that you had said 4 ohm dvc.
I wouldn't go with anything smaller then the P8002. If the HE2's are anything like my HX2's, they will be able to handle it no prob... my subs actually need a bigger amp! |
