i have a ppi 1500.1 amplifier thats going to be powering 2 subs at 750 watts rms a piece on a 1-ohm load. What do i need to do to wire the amp. I have an alpine headunit with 2 volt preamp outputs for the subs. what am i going to need to wire this up and is there any where online that i can find this info? |

So I take it that amp puts out 1500 wrms @ 1 ohm? What is the impedance of your subs? Details bro, can't help unless we know what you have. |

yah 1500 wrms at 1 ohm and the subs are dual 4 ohm voice coils |

Ok then wire the subs to the amp like this:
You will get a final impedance of 1 ohm. Just go to jlaudio.com and go to the tutorials if you want to see it for yourself. I am not sure what you were trying to ask about the preout voltage on you HU. You might want to re-word that. |

no i understand how to wire the subs, that wasn't what i was looking for. I was wondering what i was going to need for wiring to wire the amp and how to wire it, or where to find the info on wiring it to the headunit/battery |
