i just put my system in an it sounds like crap no bass i have 2 12inch l5s to a hifonics brutus 1205mono class d amp an there is no bass only a lil what could be my problem? do i need a bigger amp or would it be the box its a custom box but it might be to small

Check your gain. And make sure that everything is hooked up properly.

check your gain like issac said also check your wiring and check the bass settings on your cd player

i belive thats all set but i think its the box i took the subs out an there is barley no room in there its like the bottom of the sub is touching the bottom of the box so there is no room would that be the problem?

Its the box kicker solobaric require a lot of space the best for the l5 or l7s would be the subzone slot ported or even a memphis slot ported box these give u even lower notes and will do the job

i beive so too however now when i play it loud the subs stop for a while until i turn the car off then turn it back on whats that about? is it because of the other problem?
