My Head unit got jacked along w/ my iPod....so..I need a new HU...I was looking at the following..whats your opinion _________________________________________ Sony....this is the one I had that got jacked, I liked all of its feadures..especialy DSO http://www.crutchfield.com/S-2qFLtfSk1zG/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=300&I=158CDXF571 __________________________________________ Clarion...well respected brand...comes with features that I like...I prefer the layout of this over the Sony http://www.crutchfield.com/S-2qFLtfSk1zG/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=300&I=020DXZ555 ___________________________________________ Blapunkt...Simple layout...attractive faceplace..not to familiar with the brand, but my friend has a sticker of theirs on his car. http://www.crutchfield.com/S-2qFLtfSk1zG/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=300&I=023CASMP54 ______________________________________________ BASICLY...I know a bit about these units allready, I just want other opinions. My budget is $200 and I am opened to other models that I havn't listed. I am also opened to other websites, but crutchfield includes a kit and harness (both of which were jacked from me) for free. What do you think? |

If I where you out of those following choices I would pick the Clarion although in that price range you should try the Alpine CDE-9845, i have the 43 and its a great head unit |

Is there a way to edit posts?...anyways...it has an aux input, but the built-in amp is only 16W RMS and I just sold my external amp with no plans to replace it. |

You can go to Edit Profile near the top left, put in your username and password, then scroll down and edit the posts you've made within the past few hours. |

Unless you spend a lot like 4-500 buck you wont see that RMS go up a whole lot. You mite as well buy another external amp. Shouldn't have sold it. |
