I just bought a used Sony CDX-M630. I installed it in my jeep. It plays fine but I can't figure out how to perset the stations & can any one tell me how the power wires are to be hooked up. Because when I hook it up & turn off the key the clock doesn't save the time & if I hook up bothe the red & yellow wires to full time power it turns it self on & off & won't play. Any help would be great. |

I think you need the remote to preset the stations and as far as the power issue goes, you should have the red hooked up to the ignition wire which sends out power only when the car is on. The yellow sounds as if it is hooked up properly where it is always receiving power. |
