I was hoping that someone out there could help me out with this problem....I just purchased a x915 from a guy that claim a perfect unit. I hooked it up and does nothing...Holding the SRC button to power the unit up will only lower the faceplate for removal...the plate will stay in that position until the face is detached from the unit...this is really frustrating...The face doesn't light up or anything...this is all that the unit does...I own a x911 model and works perfect...I hope someone can help me to figure out if there is a common problem with these models..

To be sure it isn't a wiring problem, did you make sure that it is getting power from the red ignition wire when the car is on?
