about how much does a "ok" crossover run.?

my amp is only about 350 watts. all i really want the crossover for is to convert some of the treble to bass. am i even looking for the right thing or what... any suggestions?

use low-pass filters
crutchfield sells them I believe, for under $40
for subs, you want about 80Hz
