ok i know this might be subjective but just wanted to get some opinions. iver heard silks r softer and the titanium r louder, harsher and can handle more power. i was looking at cdts separates and was planning on mounting the tweets in the A pillars.

No real difference in power handling or accuracy assuming both are well built, both offer different tonal characteristics and you should choose based on what you prefer. Silks tend to emphasize the mid more and have a smoother tonality to them, while metal tweets tend to have a crisper, brighter character that is more aggressive with the detail.
