I have had the alpine 9835 for a couple of month now, and just recently it's starting to freeze. I still get music and I can still skip songs and do anything but my display is frozen. And every now and then it comes back and freezes again. I tried recetting it and I have tried cleaning it that fixes it for a couple hours then its back to freezing again. I dont know what to do. Any ideas on why this is happening. Thanks for your help.

It sounds like the microprocessor is going bad...you might want to take it to an authorized repair shop and have them check it for you.
