The ones at wal-mart would they have better sound quality and more bass then stock speakers and can they be hooked up to a amplifier. I know there cheap but considering for 20 bucks cuz I dont wanna spend money.

DON'T DO IT!! You are better of with the stock speakers. Save your money, and look into a better brand.
