I'm going with this system for my 2005 Civic Hybrid. I am trying to decide where to mount the tweeters - on the back of the mirror plates or in upper left corner of the door .

Where is the best spot for the Tweets?

- CDA-9851 CD/MP3/WMA Receiver
- MRP-M350 Class-D Mono Sub Amplifier
- SPS-171A Component Speakers
- SPS-170A Coaxial Speakers
- SWS-1042D Type-S 10" Subwoofer

maybe an amp to power the component set as Jexxen suggests.

Thanks in advance for your comments and suggestions

Don

In general, tweeters are best mounted as close to the mids as possible. Use tape to mount them temporarily and find a spot where u find the highs and mids to 'blend' good.
Short answer heh.
