I have a Panasonic cq-df801u. I went to turn up the volume and it stuck and went as loud as it could go. Now no display will come up on the screen and the cd player will not respond to any commands. It will still play cds but only on the maximum volume. PLease help!!

It sounds like something that would be best taken in to an authorized repair center and looked at. To really assess the problem, you'd have to open the unit up and test some circuitry to get a sense of what is malfunctioning. I wish I'd have seen this problem before, but I don't see many Panasonic units malfunction...let alone something like you're describing here. Maybe someone else is more knowledgeable about that problem on this board.
