Anything that will put out 250 watts. Look at PPI Art Series and PC/PCX series, they are awesome amps and would be a perfect match for that sub.

300 watt rms @ 14 volts 4 ohm bridged or somewhere around 250 at 12.5v.

I own one. Its an older amd IMO "better", discontinued model and powered my 10w3's pretty good darn good when I gave it a go. I bought it primarally as a mid/high amp so if you you plan on eventually upgrading your sub/amp it'll do great on a set of components(75x2 @ 12.5 volts 4 ohms).

That thing listed at nearly 400 bucks and is a steal at $99. Etronics doesn't sell used or refurbished items so as far as a good "bang for a buck" amp I think its hard to beat.

There's tons of good stuff out there. Which is "best" is pretty subjective. Just stay away from the flea market stuff. Here a list that might help:

For two hundred dollars you might be able to pick up a good used monoblock which produces 600w at 2 ohm and 300w at 4. That way you'd be set for power if you ever wanted to upgrade:

I've seen a few new, discontinued 600w Xtant A6001's(titanium color/edition) floating around ebay for around $200 which would work good as well.
