hey guys and gals, i have a dual xd6200 cd player and it is just over a year old and it gets power but will not turn on or eject a cd. do you guys know of any way to fix this or attempt to fix it?

I was changing my CD and then the power went off, so my CD player turned off when the cd tray was out. Now my cd player will turn on.. but the CD trays wont open, and It wont play CDs.. I dont know how to fix it!
