I have a 1990 Toyota Celica and there is absolutely no where to run my powerwire through the firewall. So my question is.......Can I run the powerwire under the car to the trunk? Is this safe? Ever heard of this type of install? All input is appreciated. Thanks

You don’t need to run it under the car. To easy to get cut or grounded out. If you can’t find a hole in the firewall, then drill one but there should be a hole there. Try looking around where the steering wheel comes through. The only way you could run it under the car safely would be in some type of metal pipe. Again I would drill a hole if you can not find one.

Yep, if you can find a hole drill one and put a rubber ring around the edge of the hole in order to keep the wire's insultaion from being cut by a sharp edge. Then run it the rest of the way back.

try following the wires from the positive terminal on your battery, they will eventually lead into your car somewhere on the firewall.

good luck
