i need a little extra kick for my speakers. i have infinity ref in the front and am thinking about gettin an amp for them. is an amp necessary and if so how important is a "good" brand since only maybe 20-40w rms is going into them? |

What's your headunit? If your looking to upgrade that, you can find higher-end ones that have amps in the 20-40w rms range. If not, you can get small amps, like the MTX Thunder202 for like 100 bucks. |

I wouldnt bother gettin an amp for those. If you want "a little extra kick" i would upgrade to some infinity perfect components or some other components then get an amp for them. |
