My buddy has a cd player for sale. But, there isnt any wires coming out of it. He says u can just go pick the harness up and thats all there is to it. Is it really just that easy or should I consider looking somewhere else?

I wouldn't buy a head unit without the wiring harness unless you already know where to get the exact harness for that make and model of stereo.
