HOw would I hook up two kicker comps to a mono Rockford Bd500.1 when it only has one negative and positive for speaker wires. should I put the two positive wires and negative wires together and put them in the negative and positive port

Don't do it! All you will end up doing is blowing you component set. A Rockford Bd500 is built to exclusively push subwoofers. All of rockford's Bd amps have onboard crossovers that are designed to produce signals between 24Hz and 250Hz and those speakers are designed to produce sounds between 250Hz and 22,000Hz. If you want to use a rockford amp. the 500 watt rockford T5002 is the amp for you.

What kicker comps do you have? How many ohms and are they daul voice coils or single? The kicker comps I found on the net where 27 to 500 hz.
