Is it okay to mount my amp on the back of my box or will the vibration of the subs cause things internally in the amp to loosen and screw it up? By the way the box has 2 10' subs in it.

You should have rubber spacers between the amp and the enclosure, or some foam between the two. I have my Orion 2500D mounted to a box with 2 12" X XX's.
