i got 2 12 inch kicker L7's and i was wondering if a jbl 1200.1 amp would push that of if something is better for around 250-300

That jbl 1200.1 would defintely get the job done. A Memphis 1000D would get the job done also. I would say any Class D amp that puts out 1000 Watts rms to 1500 watts rms would get the job done.
