i got hifonics bx1800d right now with my current systems it was suggested that i strap two of them one each RE, id rather go with one amp for simplicity reasons....Ive had two amps in mind
A. Hifonics Collussus
B. Orion 2400d ( are there new amps any good?)
any other amps that do around 2500 rms for around 600$ i got the electrical for it just for ref. please advise |

those are two very good amps, I personnaly would got with the orion's, but the colossus is quite nice also  . Whatever choice u make, it will be a good buy. |

2500rms for $600?
are your x.x.x's both dual 2ohm? or did you get dual 4ohm?
US AMPS USA-2000 2000RMS at 2ohm
USA-2000x 2000RMS at 4ohm
The 2000 series is about $950 but you might be able to find them cheaper.
The Orion 2500D does 2500@1ohm but i am not going to bet that is a true 2500RMS.
The US AMPS have Dampening facots of 2000 or more and the Orion is about 50-80. |

Do the US Amps DE1000s have the same dampening factors more or less?

The DE is a different class.. i am unsure of the dampening on that model. |
