Can anyone please tell me which amp I should get to power 4 Boston Acoustics Z6 speakers, I want best SQ. Choices are:
JL Audio 300/4
Phoenix Gold XENON 100.4 or 200.4
PPI DCX600.4 or DCX1000.4
Alphasonik PMA4150A

I would do the JL 300/2 or if you really want good SQ 2 JL 300/2s biamped on them. Thats the same setup I am running on my Focals. Nice choice by the way. I had the older pros in my last stereo and loved them. |

Can anyone tell me which amp is better, the PPI DCX1000.4 or the PPI PCX-4125 or the JL300/4.
Thanks Jeremy for your suggestion, but I prefer a 4 channel amp.

Yeah the only problem I see is that 75 watts RMS might not be enough to really push them. Why are you running 2 sets of them? What type of car? |
