i have two 10's in a bypass box and i need to find out what amp(how many watts and how many channels) would be best to push them. each speaker says 400 watts on it. i had a rockford fosgate punch amp/900 watts before it got stolen? i am a chick and new to this, please help!!!!

what kinda subs are they and what kinda voice coils do they have???(single or dual)(2, 3, 4, 6, 8 ohm???)
