There are few products with subsonic filters built in to them at

http://www.audiocontrol.com/caraudio.htm

Scroll about half the page and you will find them. I haven't found any that are a seperate entity, they are usually a built in feature of crossovers.

For the most part though, a lot of amplifiers are coming with them built in. If you already have your amp that you like, then you could get one of these. If you bought one of the crossovers with subsonic filters built-in then you would need to turn "off" the built-in crossover on your amp, if it had one, and adjust your crossover freq. and subsonic filter all from the crossover. That should do well.
