i need to remove the head unit in my merc. as i have a new alpine unit. firstly which tool do i need, and were do i purchase it. secondly there are no obvious slots/holes on the unit so were do the tools locate. thanks for any help

You might need to unscrew the panel around the unit which might even require taking the A/C control panel off if it's advanced enough. Knowing the year of the car would help quite a bit.
