Get this, I lost my faceplate & called Aiwa for a replacement. It costs $117.00 w/o shipping handling, radio only cost me $89.99 new. SO I called Aiwa customer service and no one could give me an answer as to why the high price. Nor could thay tell me who in the Aiwa Corporation could.. What a bunch of Jerks. I would not purchase another item from Aiwa or Sony (parent company) and would like to urge others to follow suit, until these people get the idea that customer service and customers are important. I would be nice to see a large enough earnings loss for Aiwa this year to see the CEO or CFO sit up and take notice. This could explain why both Best Buy and Circuit City no longer sell the Aiwa brand.
