i have a pair of rockford fosgate 6.5(100 watts), a pair of clarion 6.5(100 watts) and a pair 2.5 rockford fosgate(30 watts) hooked up to 4 channel kenwood amp KAC-746 but i cant turn the gain up on the amp without the speakers crackling but i also have 4 15'' kicker cvr so i cant hear my highs without turn down my bass

Speakers crackling is a sign that you're supplying too much power.
On your post, you have 2.5 RF 30 speakers? Is that a tweeter? Why are you mixing 30w with 100w speakers? That is probably why it's crackling. The gain is not a volume control. Use it only to match the amp's rca input voltage to HU's rca preout.
