i want to hook up a crossover or EQ to my zx-7180 amp 2 channel i want to ajust comming out of my amp to fine tune it alittle more what would be better a crossover or EQ and what would be a good one

a crossover is to split frequency ranges between multiple amplifiers.
you have one amp.
what you want is an EQ to contour the sound curve.

question i have a QX8 crossover for subs now i picked this up cheap it's a profile 2 channel now to use the lpf switch on the xover when hooked to the amp do i turn the lpf on the amp to 0db and same with the bass boost i just want to try it to see what happens but there no manual with it and i for one on the not but it don't tell you nothing as far as settings.

i tell you what the profile QX8 xover does one sweet good man hook it up put you amp on full and ajust the bass on the xover and it rocks man that little thing works real good
