i think the best bass music is techno-trance.
rap is really good too but metal and punk and all that sucks...

It really depends on your system. If you have a decent SQ system anything sounds good with the extra bass.

But for the deepest, hardest bass:
Lemon D and Dillinja
They have a 30,000 watt custom, 3 semi-truck moving, sub system comprising more that 60 18" and 15" subs for their shows...
