The speakers that I bought for the rear have seperate inputs for the mid and the tweeter (external crossover). So, if I'm not mistaken, it would be good for my imaging if I left the tweeters disconnected, right? Then I just use the component tweeters in the front. Thanks Alex |

you can just use the mids, or if the crossovers have a -3dB connection for thw tweeters try those that will quiet down the highs a bit, and still give good full range for back seat riders

I'll see (they're still on the way) if they have that. One other thing I thought of, was connecting the mids without a crossover (I will be running high pass on the amp anyway), and that might quiet the highs a bit too. What do you think? Thanks alot Alex |

You may also think about putting a separate amp on the rear speakers. In my experience, it has worked well for my rear speakers to have ~1/4 of the power of the front components. Or, you could amp the fronts and run the rears off the head unit. |
