Hello,
I currently have 2 10 inch Dual 375Watt Subwoofers (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=5788105&type=product&id=1059573942 761)
The have an impedance of 4 ohms, and RMS power of 150W.

I would like to get a 2 channel Legacy Amplifier to go with them. http://www.legacycaraudio.com/manuals/RED2AMP.pdf
If i were to choose the LA 1870 Amp which has a RMS output of 2x150W @ 4 Ohms would that provide sufficient power? I am confused since the RMS power of the amp is close to the same as the subwoofers, but the maximum output of the amplifier is 2 x 900W, way above the maximum of the subs which are 375W each. Would this amp be too powerful for these subs?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Andrew, DO NOT buy those subs nor the amp! You will be disappointed.
First of all, for subs, look for 200w RMS or higher. Anything less will not give the kind of bass you desire.
Legacy amps are as good as Sony/Pyramid/Lanzar/Pyle/Boss to me. Go purchase MTX if money is tight. If not, try Zapco/Arc Audio/Xtant/US Amps/JL/Orion/PPI/JBL.
Always get an amp that's slightly higher in power than subs.
One more thing, NEVER ever use PEAK power numbers. It means nothing.
