What to you guys think about grounding your amp to the negative battery terminal ? |

If its more than 16inchs bettwen the battery and amp then forget about it. |

so the amp should be really close to the battery? 16 inches close? Damn, I was thinking of putting my amp under my back seat. |

Well Ground wires really shouldnt be more then 16inchs long. Just ground it to a piece of metal close to the amp. Since your putting it under the back seat, ground it to the metal brace or whatever that is under it, Just make sure if theirs paint on it to sand it off. |

The chassis of any vehicle leads right back to the negative terminal of the battery so putting it directly to the battery will cause no problems. |
