hey would a bossc650 amp
100x4 rms at 4 ohms
250 x 4 max at 2 ohms
be able to power some infinity kappa's good?
will it over power it?

Might be alright. The only Boss amps I can really reccomend though are the IQ series. The c650 wont overpower them, It MAY power them nicely if its not overrated. |

not saying that you shouldnt get the amp but if your going to buy nice subs like the kappa's, why not buy a nicer amp. ive heard that boss is bad quality. maybe go with MTX, thats what kind of amp i have and im not dissapointed |
