hi, does anyone have a security code or password for a Sony CDX-M850MP headunit. i brouhght my mates old one but he lost the code. how do i get the code or manual or if somabody know please send me e-mail..

well there is a trick to unlocking decks. wrap it in bubble wrap and stick it in the freezer. it should be unlocked when powered on after its frozen. |

Hi I have just purchased a second hand CDX-M850MP head unit, and my work colleague had this fitted at Halfords 2 years ago and he has lost the code (and halfords do not keep the codes!) Can someone please email me the code to pmc355@hotmail.com. Many thanks |

Hi, My CDX-M850MP unit is not responding to any button on the face plate . the face plate is not folding back and i have to reset the console if i need to get the cd out. what is the remedy for this?? please advise.. |

hello hello, i've called sony and emailed them they told me to goto their site and enter my cdx-m850mp unit to find my most local service center.. somehow they didn't have any shop that has it listed.. could anyone please please send me the override or reset code t_esskay@hotmail.com thanks |

simple answer: go to sony dealer. £25 seems to be the standard charge. get the address of your local dealer from sony site. as easy as that. |
