I found an insane deal on a pair of America Bass CX-1200D's! But i havnt ever messed w/ AB amps...what do yall think about them?
they are rated at 300w@4ohm/600w@2ohm/1200w@1ohm...do yall think they really put out their rated power? anyone ever messed w/ em? is it a reliable amp???
i can get an AB cx1200d for less than $*** (an insanly low price...shhhh, hehehe) shipped! also i found an hcca275g4 for $300 shipped.
i am looking at getting either of these to replace my poor old jbl bp1200.1 (r.i.p.)(still under warranty, jbl will fix it for free...but i'm gonna get another amp and sell the bp1200.1) |

i don't care much for them. A few kids in my town have their amps and they distort easily, don't put out the rated power, and fail often. |
