i have a pioneer 600 watt amp and a scosch 300 watt amp, i have a 10" 8 ohms single coil Rockford fosgate sub and 2 6 1/2" pioner speakers for the front doors in my truck was wondering what the best way to hook it up would be Would it be better to hook up the 600 watt amp to the sub and the 300 watt to my front speakers or the other way around

It would help to know the type of amps and what they can run because they might be overpowering both your subs and speakers. But given what you said, you should probably hook up the sub to the 600watt pioneer and the speakers to the scosch 300watt amp.
