I am searching for the best 4ch amps around $250-$350(internet prices). I was looking at the Alpine MRV-F540, JL 300/4, MTX Thunder684, or MTX Thunder1004. Does anybody have any experience with these or other sugestions?

Skip Alpine amp. Not worth the money. JL is your best choice.
If you want to try something that's better, try Xtant's 4 channel amp x604.
