i hooked up two alpine type xs and an orion 2500D and it just doesnt sound right it doesnt sound like 2500watts plus it keeps blowing fuses abd is leting off a bad smell
I just think its not performing as it should you have any idea what it might be?

What's your cable gage? Seems to be a current problem.

im running 4 guage with 80 amp fuses is that to small

yes. go to 0 gauge with 100 to 150 amp fuse, if you can find one. check your ground too. hopefully the smell isnt the subs voicecoils burning

yes that amp can pull upwards of 200 amps. You need 0 guage power+ gound, a high powered alternator, prob a new deep cycle battery, you just cant throw a amp like that in your car and hope it all waorks out. That is some serious power dude!
